The Books On Antiques Shop uses secure mode allows you to pass securely encrypted data over the Internet. The latest versions of most browsers support secure mode. Secure documents can be identified by an unbroken door key icon at the bottom corner of most browser windows.

You can enter your credit card number on a secure form and transmit the form over the Internet to a secure server without risk of an intermediary obtaining your credit card information.

All credit card and other personal information sent to Books On Antiques are stored securely in our non-networked customer database and are not revealed to any other parties.

We will accept returns for any reason on unused merchandise for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We will refund your credit card account if you paid by credit card, or we will send a cheque refund for those who paid by cheque, the purchase price excluding postage and handling.

We also offer "store credit" if you would like to select other items to purchase. Merchandise must be returned postage paid, in original condition, to the address on the invoice. Include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. All defective products will be accepted for credit, repair or replacement at our discretion. All non-defective products must be returned complete, in resalable condition.

Postage is included in the price of all the books and magazines posted within New Zealand. For postage rates outside New Zealand, please contact us for prices and options.
